Improv Comedy 101

This six-week class will meet on Mondays: March 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, and April 6, followed by a showcase during week seven. Each class session is 90 minutes.
Ready to think faster, laugh harder, and surprise yourself? This class introduces you to fundamentals for creating effective improv scene work through team-building, trust, speed, status, and agreement—all tools used by professional improvisers.
Through interactive exercises, you’ll sharpen your listening, practice collaborating with others, and, most importantly, have a blast. A few simple mindset shifts can open the door to more creativity, confidence, and connection – both on stage and off. No experience needed, just a willingness to play! Wear comfortable clothing, no high heels or open toed shoes.
