This four-week week class will meet on April 12, 19, 26, and May 3 from 2-4 PM.

Presenting Virtually Shakespeare, a four-week online class where you’ll bring Shakespeare’s words to life — from the page, to your body, to the screen.

Led by Liz Shipman, this interactive class explores Shakespeare through embodiment, play, and physical discovery. You’ll dive into the acting clues written into the First Folio, learning to uncover how rhythm, punctuation, and phrasing reveal a character’s truth.

Liz’s approach is dynamic and deeply human — helping you move past intimidation and into genuine connection with Shakespeare’s language. Along the way, you’ll engage in movement exercises, ensemble games, and text explorations designed to unlock your expressive range and make these timeless works feel fresh, immediate, and personal.

Whether you’re new to Shakespeare or revisiting him with new eyes, Virtually Shakespeare invites you to play boldly, connect fully, and rediscover the joy of performing.

Open to all experience levels, just bring your curiosity and imagination.
