About the instructors
Brandy Dykhuizen has been a writer and editor in biotech, healthcare, public universities, and nonprofits for 20 years. However, her favorite job ls leading nonfiction workshops that help people bring their wild and vulnerable stories to life. Having grown up in a military family, she particularly enjoys helping veterans and their stories reach a wider audience.
Joe Hudak is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces soldier whose distinguished career included 11 deployments and more than five and a half years spent in hostile fire zones. After transitioning from military service, Joe brought his discipline, passion, and leadership to So Say We All, where he has been an integral member for nearly seven years. During that time, he has taken the stage six times and mentored countless monthly performers. Joe’s unwavering commitment to helping every live performance reach its fullest potential reflects both his professionalism and his deep love for the art of live storytelling.
