Vocal Discovery: Unleash Your Voice
July 11 @ 9:00 am – 11:00 am Central
Your voice is a unique instrument — it’s time to learn how to play it! Join us for an energizing workshop designed to help you find your true sound, build confidence, and protect your vocal health.
We’ll move beyond just “singing along” and dive into the mechanics of great performance. This session covers the essentials every vocalist needs:
The Ultimate Warm-Up: Learn why we don’t just jump into the high notes. We’ll walk through physical and vocal exercises to wake up your muscles and prevent strain.
The Power of Breath: Master diaphragmatic breathing. Learn how to support your notes so they stay steady, strong, and long-lasting.
Expanding Your Range: Discover how to safely bridge the gap between your “chest voice” and “head voice” to hit those elusive notes with ease.
Tone & Texture: Explore different vocal colors—from bright and poppy to soulful and resonant—to find the style that fits you best.
Performance Confidence: Tips on posture, microphone technique, and overcoming stage fright.
No formal singing experience needed, whether you’ve been booed off the karaoke stage (we’ve all been there.. no, just me? cool….) or are a secret virtuoso, this workshop will help take you to the next level.
