This six-week class meets on Tuesdays: September 10, 17, 24, October 1, 8, 15. Each session is 3 hours.
In this six-week class you are afforded the opportunity to develop writing skills about everyday, sometimes obscure, things you see, feel, hear, touch and employ them as catalysts for inspiration. This class is designed considering your individual experiences, and as a group we will submerge ourselves in how others partake in different artistic styles. We will look to nature, art including quilting, ceramics, spoken word and many other creative modalities for motivation.
This class has a graduation performance on Wednesday, October 30th, where participants will showcase their work for an audience of friends, family, and community members.
