Storytelling Crash Course is a three-hour introductory workshop that will teach you how to identify, develop, and deliver the most compelling stories from your life. We teach a style of storytelling that pulls from your own experiences and can be used to improve your conversationalism, public speaking skills, and even memory retention.

About the Instructors

Jacque Allen is an Army veteran and spouse of a disabled veteran. Storytelling is part of her family heritage. It began with her listening to, “Grannies Holiday Stories”. Now she is writing a children’s book series of “Nana’s Notes”. As an author, voiceover artist, and professional storyteller, Jacque intentionally shares the power of words and the importance of using them wisely. Words are her love language. Speak to her nicely. Geraldine Buckley has been telling stories publicly for decades as a preacher, teacher, speaker, performance poet, radio host, TV presenter, motivational speaker, writer, among a slew of other creative titles. Geraldine was a Protestant Chaplain at the Maryland Correctional Training Center until January 2010 when she decided to return to speaking, writing, and storytelling full time. Read more here.
