Monoprinting Small Prints & Cards
November 15 @ 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm Central
Watercolor monotypes and monoprints are one-of-a-kind prints created by transferring images produced on a plastic surface or Gelli plate to paper. Learn how to use watercolors to create painterly surfaces that cannot be obtained by working directly on paper, as well as how to create a texture on the plate for more visual depth and complexity. Participants will have to opportunity to create their own one-of-a-kind cards or small prints.
Presented in Partnership with The University of Texas at San Antonio, Professional and Continuing Education, Community Art Programs.
