Intro to Stained Glass

This beginner-friendly class introduces new artists to stained glass. It’s open to complete beginners and to anyone curious to try something creative. Over two hours of hands-on instruction in a relaxed, supportive setting, participants learn the copper foil method and basic soldering. Each participant finishes the session with an original stained glass piece to take home.
About the Instructor
Mare’ Fiscus manages Fiscus Glassworks, where she not only creates stunning glass pieces for retail and custom orders but also leads engaging classes. Having honed her skills under the mentorship of her father, Brad Fiscus, Mare’ takes the lead in teaching at the studio, drawing on his expertise when necessary. Her exquisite fused and stained glass artworks enhance the studio’s offerings, and her enthusiasm for teaching guarantees that each class is a delightful experience for her students.
