Cut & Compose: A Collage Journey
September 24 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

This four-week class meets on Thursdays: September 24, October 1, 8, and 15.
Cut & Compose is a 4-week online workshop introducing students to the rich history and expressive possibilities of collage art. Each session centers on one influential artist whose approach to cutting, layering, and combining materials opens up a distinct set of techniques and creative possibilities. Students will leave each class with a completed piece and a growing personal toolkit of collage strategies — from clean geometric cut-outs to raw, associative photomontage.
No prior art experience is required. This class is ideal for beginners curious about collage art, as well as more experienced artists looking to loosen up, experiment, and build a body of small, satisfying work.
