Creative Writing Rebels aren’t afraid to say what they need to say. Maybe this is you, or maybe you’re still working up to rebel status. Either way, the world needs your ideas and stories. This six-week class aims to generate material through prompts, exercises, and a whole lot of encouragement. Classes will be built with participants in mind, so we may incorporate some poetry, short story, memoir, or playwriting along the way. Students will leave class learning how to write perhaps a little better, and most importantly, be inspired to share their unique voice a bit more fully.
The first session of this class is Thursday, March 16 from 6:30-8:30 PM and will meet weekly through April 20. The graduation show for this class will be on Zoom on Thursday, April 27 at 6:30 PM PT.
