Mindful Public Speaking
October 3 @ 9:30 am – 12:30 pm Pacific
This a four-week immersive class meets on Saturdays, October 3, 10, 17, and 24.
Across four structured sessions, participants will build practical skills week by week—combining mindfulness, presence work, and essential stage techniques to reduce performance anxiety and strengthen personal connection onstage. This class is designed for actors, speakers, comedians, and anyone looking to feel grounded, expressive, and authentically confident in front of an audience.
Through guided exercises, supportive group practice, and individual coaching, participants will identify and break unhelpful performance habits, develop a more embodied and focused stage presence, and learn how to engage an audience with clarity and intention. Each week builds toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and creative freedom, making this class valuable for both seasoned performers and those stepping into the spotlight for the first time.
By the end of the four weeks, participants will leave with a personalized toolkit for managing nerves, enhancing presence, and performing with more ease, authenticity, and connection.
